OMEVisual 是一个斐济插件，可轻松可视化OME元数据。

用途：

  • 打开您在斐济的图片。
  • 使用Plugins › Utilities › Visualize OME Metadata启动插件。
  • 应打开一个窗口，其中包含元数据。

请注意：

  • 该插件的目标是未实现所有 OME 功能。
  • 该插件对 OME 模型做出了几个无力的假设，以简化界面：
    • Each image contains only one Pixels element.
    • Each TiffData contains only one Plane.
    • Plane and TiffData informations are displayed at the same location without distinction.

    • The best way is to submit a PR.
    • You can also open an issue and post an OME-TIFF file which contains additional OME features you would like to see added to the plugin.
